YOGA CLASSES WILL BE BEGINNING FROM MONDAY, FEB. 1 at KOBE ART VILLAGE CENTER
Happy New Year Minna-San! I’ve just arrived back in Japan last week. My time at home was really wonderful but I’m glad and excited to be back in Japan. I am really looking forward to a new year of continuing classes, both at previous locations and new ones as well.
I hope everyone was able to maintain a little bit of their personal practice during the holidays. I know, however, that it can be very difficult to maintain a consistent personal practice. All of the spiritual traditions of the past emphasized the importance of community in sustaining a spiritual practice. Not only does it provide motivation and inspiration to practice but creates lasting and deep relationships with those on the same path. I humbly hope that our weekly classes can provide both inspiration for practicing yoga as well as a feel of community.
Classes are held every Monday and Thursday from 19:30 – 21:00 at the Kobe Art Village Center. Your first class will be FREE and classes after that will be ¥1200. Mats will be available for rental @ ¥300 or you are welcome to bring your own.
