アガマヨガは、さまざまな要素からなる総体的なタントラ ヨガの純粋で深い伝統を教えてくれます。それは本物の古のインドとチベットの教えに由来しています。アガマヨガは、思考を集中させて、アーサナの練習にお いて異なったエネルギーに触れていく練習を行います。一般的にチャクラとして知られている様々なエネルギーの集まる場所にむけて集中し、エネルギーの活性 化や増幅、コントロールや誘導に取り組んでいきます。この独特なヨガのスタイルは、特殊なアーサナの力を借りて、チャクラの仕組みに働きかけ発展させてい けるような、完全な自己発展の方法を教えてくれます。身体の内側にあるエネルギーと思考には関係性があります。この内側にある思考の状態は、ヨガの練習の 最中にエネルギーの意識を用いていくことで、より深く理解していくことができ、身体、思考、スピリットの関係性について明確で的確な理解を得ることで可能 になります。この方法は、存在のなかに具わっている特定のゴールに達成するために、それぞれ個々のニーズに合わせた道具をもたらしてくれるでしょう。

We offer a traditional style of yoga with a purpose of becoming more self aware, and ultimately to realize our true nature: blissful, eternal and unborn.
We offer not only a physical based yoga, but an integral system that works to develop all levels of our being. Through a combination of a powerful Kundalini-based Hatha yoga, an integral philosophy of Tantric yoga, purification techniques, instruction in meditation, and dietary and lifestyle advice, we hope to offer you an array of tools to assist your personal evolution.
A typical hatha yoga class will focus on holding traditional yoga asanas (postures) for extended periods of time, using concentration to become aware of the subtle flow of energy within our body. With awareness, the energy within ourselves can be directed and focused. Our body consists of a vast network of nadis (energy channels), and the more these channels are used, the clearer and more adept they become at allowing the energy to be mobilized. Where the mind goes, the energy flows, and can be brought to any level of our being.
Yoga gives us a variety of tools to work on any desired aspect of our being. For instance, if you feel that you are lacking vitality, there are asanas that can work on this particular problem and give you more vital energy. Or if you find it difficult to open up and be affectionate, there are also postures and techniques to work on the heart chakra (energy center), and heal this ailment. Using the mind and body to transform and develop all aspects of ourselves is possible through yoga.
